Dear Friends of Next Door,

On behalf of the entire Next Door Foundation family, I would like to express our most sincere appreciation for your involvement in our 2009 Adopt A Family Program. Your generous contributions make a positive impact on the lives of the children and families in a way that lasts long after the holiday season is over.

This year we had 95 families (nearly 400 individuals) adopted by 50 sponsors. Amazingly, this program began 2 years ago with 10 families. The idea came from our staff member Beverly Watkins, and brings happiness and a spirit of the holidays to the adopted family, and the rewards of giving to the many sponsors. For so many families, these gifts may be the only presents the family receives this holiday season. Next Door Foundation families want their sponsors to know how grateful they are for this support in the midst of trying times.
