The 21st Annual Walk for Children was held on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Next Door Foundation. The Walk brings together central city residents, and friends throughout greater Milwaukee, to raise funds and awareness for Next Door programs and services. Television personality Judge Greg Mathis addressed the crowd of over 1,500 walkers, along with co-walk chair, Andrea Williams from Jammin’ 98.3. The event also included live entertainment by national recording artist Cincere, a prize raffle, games, lunch for registered participants, and “free” children’s books courtesy of the Books for Kids Program.

With the help of business and community partners, the Walk raises about $100,000 annually for youth and family programs. Special thanks to our many sponsors and supporter of this Year’s Walk for Children.
